China Patent Radar is an early-stage product. This policy explains what information we expect to collect when the service becomes available.

Information we may collect

We may collect account information, contact information, company names or technology topics submitted for analysis, app usage events, payment status provided by Apple, and support messages you send to us.

How we use information

We use information to provide company lookup, patent intelligence reports, watchlist monitoring, product support, abuse prevention, service improvement, and required operational communications.

Payments

If purchases are offered through the App Store, Apple processes payment information. We do not receive your full card number from Apple.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, email, error monitoring, and payment entitlement verification. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service from abuse.
